Healthy, easy and delicious!

Today I am going to share with you a delicious and easy chicken recipe. Tasting similar to the famous Italian pizza all the family will enjoy and love this meal. Healthy and lowfat. Have a try and tell me!

Ingredients(3 persons)

9 chicken breasts sliced or whole

Cracker bread (i.e. Santa Rita)

Grated cheese for pizza

Diced Spanish ham

Tomato Sauce.

Fried oninon (add to taste)

Italian chicken

Put on the chicken breasts in a baking dish, cover with a layer of tomato as its cubiremos a pizza. Cover with cracker bread and pour over the diced ham (If you want onion, sprinkle now). Sprinkle grated cheese. All to taste. Put in the oven at 200ºC: if sliced, 20 minutes, if whole chicken breasts – 45 minutes.

P.S. you can add oregano to the tomato sauce to make it more Italian!

You can have this récipe with a Young, light red wine like 3 Ases (Ribera del Duero) or Berarte(Rioja), o any white wine like muscatel Marina Alta (Alicante) or delicious Pènedes, Ermita d’Espiells.
