Today I am going to share with you a delicious and easy chicken recipe. Tasting similar to the famous Italian pizza all the family will enjoy and love this meal. Healthy and lowfat. Have a try and tell me!
9 chicken breasts sliced or whole
Cracker bread (i.e. Santa Rita)
Grated cheese for pizza
Diced Spanish ham
Fried oninon (add to taste)
Put on the chicken breasts in a baking dish, cover with a layer of tomato as its cubiremos a pizza. Cover with cracker bread and pour over the diced ham (If you want onion, sprinkle now). Sprinkle grated cheese. All to taste. Put in the oven at 200ºC: if sliced, 20 minutes, if whole chicken breasts – 45 minutes.
P.S. you can add oregano to the tomato sauce to make it more Italian!
