A wine tasting with friends

We had the chance to come across with this one small winery, an interesting project nearby Valencia (Spain) with no too much common grapes in this country (among others they have Marsanne and Roussane as test grapes) but they have achieved a wonderful results and very refreshing to become a wonderful alternative to the classic verdejo wines. To have a change, try Clos Cos Ví.

We met these wines last May in Verema Experience and afterwards we wanted to have a tasting wine moment with some friends. Despite it was a work tasting note, we had such a fun day and I would love to repeat. You know, one of those days that everything works out well.

For a change, we follow our own advices of sharing and enjoying a glass of wine. I don’t mean we don’t normally do but work keeps us busy the whole time and sometimes we forget to enjoy in the process. We love what we do and we enjoy what we do because we love what we do.

So after a few days, we arrange the day for the meeting with all four of us. Bottles ready, our friends arrived and we start the wine tasting. It was so much fun to share different points of views!

We had different experiences but we all conclude the same: these wines are perfect to have a meal with and while chatting with friends, as substituve to beer (Riesling) or even the coupage one as it is refreshing and easy to drink. Even the winter temperatures are already here, if you go out with your friends, a party or a meal you can easily have one these original references. To enjoy wine you only have to know how to enjoy!
