Eating is life’s one of biggest pleasures and when you try a cooking a recipe for the first and you get it so well, it is indeed one of the best things in life!
I tried myself at home “Grilled chicken with tomato souce” and it was very successful so I am pretty sure we will repeat the experience. Delicious and healthy.

“Grilled chicken with tomato sauce”
2 kgs (4.4 pounds) of chicken
125 grs (4,41 oz) of butter
3 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
100 grs ( 3,53 oz) of oat bran/wheat flour
250 ml of dry white wine (i.e. Marina Alta)
A pinch of cinnamon
500 grs (17, 4 oz) of canned tomato
Salt and black pepper
Coat with flour/oat the chicken pieces with ¾ of the butter and 2/3 parts olive oil. Sauté over high heat until browned. Add the wine. Cook it until it evaporates. Remove the chicken, add the cinnamon and the tomato sauce. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper.
Leave over medium heat for 30 minutes adding some hot water, if necessary.
Remove the fat left over.
Last but not least, add the rest of the butter and stir until melted.
